Fraser Dining Hall is PBA's state-of-the-art dining facility located on the first floor of the Lassiter Student Center. Fraser Dining Hall features nine unique concepts from Sailfish Dining incorporating Florida-fresh, locally grown fruits and vegetables, favorites from the grill and deli, as well as freshly rolled sushi and delectable desserts.Fraser Dining Hall's True Balance Station is an allergen-safe kitchen featuring carefully crafted menus prepared by our expert chef. All menu items at this station are made without the 9 most common food allergens in the United States, which are peanuts, eggs, fish, soybeans, tree nuts, wheat, milk, shellfish, and sesame.
